La Bonissima 2017
From 13th to 15th October
The Bonissima is a small statue set up in the corner wall of the Palazzo Comunale di Modena. According to some, it should be a depiction of honesty, according to others it is a tribute to a famed benefactor of the city in times of famine. For some years now, it is the event that brings together dozens of food makers in Piazza Grande. In addition to the market, various events are planned ranging from tastings to guided tours, from children’s shows to showcooking for aspiring chefs.
