CCAPP complies with the law on the protection of personal data and conforms to the provisions of the law to guarantee that any data that users provide is treated according to the law. Information is collected automatically by the web server through the use of cookies on the website, as well as through user interaction with online requests and the sending of online forms.
The web server collects general information that does not need any user input, except from access to the website. Such related information is:
• Browser type
• Operating system

Cookies and users
Whenever we provide services, we aim towards easiness of use, usefulness and reliability. When these services are provided via the Internet, sometimes this results in a small amount of information being saved on users' devices, such as - for example - a computer or a cell phone. This information includes small files called cookies. These cannot be used for user identification.

What are cookies?

These pieces of information are used to improve the services destined to users, for example:
• to enable a service or recognise users' devices, so that it is not necessary to provide the same pieces of information while users are navigating the website
• recognise information previously provided such as username and password, eliminating the need to type in the same information every time users access a webpage
• measure how users use services in order to facilitate browsing and guarantee enough capacity for a quick service
• analyse anonymous data to help CCAPP to understand how users interact with us and improve the services offered

First-party cookies (cookies configured by CCAPP)

These are cookies configured by the web domain of CCAPP, best known as "first-party" cookies. Some are necessary to make the website work, whereas others provide information that we analyse in order to monitor and improve the website. First-party cookies do not memorise or collect personal information on users, or any characteristic that would make users clearly identifiable by our system. Usually cookies generate a univocal and random number to memorise information related to a user.

Website Usage Monitoring

CCAPP uses Google Analytics to collect information on how users surf our website. We carry out this operation to make sure that the website meets users' needs, as well as to find a way to improve it.
Google Analytics memorises information on the webpages visited, on the time spent on the website, on the location of users and what is selected through clicks. We do not collect or memorise users' personal data (e.g. name or address), therefore such information cannot be used to identify the user. We do not allow Google to use and share our analytic data. Read Google information confidentiality policy for more information.
Cookies from Google Analytics include: _utma, _utmb, _utmc, _utmv, _utmd, _utmz

Data memorised by cookies:

• _utma memorises the number of visits, the time of the first visit, the previous and successive visits for each user
• _utmb and _utmc verify how long a user stays on the website, i.e. the beginning and end of the visit
• _utmz defines the origin of a user (search engine, key words searched, connection)
• _utmv and _utmd define the navigation paths of the user on the website, categorising them in groups
Cookie duration:
• _utma is erased after two years from the last access to the website
• _utmb is erased 30 minutes after the visit, or after 30 minutes of inactivity
• _utmc is erased at the end of a session (that is when the browser is closed)
• _utmz is erased after six months from the last setting
• _utmv (not defined) is erased immediately
• _utmd (not defined) is erased immediately
Where it is used: all pages on the CCAPP websites
Impact of the website on user experience: none
PHP session, cookie typology - Functional. Name: PHPSESSID
These cookies memorise temporary information to allow for the functionality of the website. They are automatically eliminated when the browser is closed.
It is possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the corresponding setting option on the browser (refuse cookies). However, with this option, the user may not be able to access parts of our website. Unless the user browser has been configured to refuse cookies, our system will send cookies to the device upon access to our website. The use of such cookies is aimed solely to collect statistical and behavioural data, and will not be sold or commercialised to third parties.

Cookies control and elimination

We will not use cookies to collect information that may allow the identification of users. In any case, if users wishes to limit or block cookies from our websites or any other website, they can do so through their browser options. "Help" on the user's browser will provide further information.
Another possible option is that the user visits the section dedicated to cookie information on our website, which provides complete information on how to carry out the elimination of cookies from different browsers. More details on how users can eliminate cookies from their computers, or general information on cookies are available in this section.
Warning: cookie limitation may impact on the functionality of our website
If users wish to visualise their cookie code, it is necessary to click on a cookie to open it. A short text/number string will appear: the numbers indicate the user's identification card, which can only be seen on the server from which the cookies originate.
For information on how to carry out this operation on the browser of users' cell phones, read the manual of the device. To cancel data collection about the user's interaction with our website by third parties, read third parties' websites for more information.

Personal data

Personal data (e.g. identification information) sent by the user, for example through online forms, are collected by our database. Information thus collected is used mainly to satisfy possible requests received. Moreover, it is used to update users on news and most recent information about CCAPP. Such information is confidential and is not communicated to third parties (including government agencies and departments) without user's authorisation.
The present declaration is valid for www.circuitocittadarte.it exclusively. The declaration does not concern third parties' websites linked to CCAPP websites. To verify how users' information is used by a specific website, read the informative privacy page on the website of interest.
