What to do

In the cities of art you can spend a relaxing holiday and at the same time plunge into exciting cultural experiences. These ancient sites offer many places to sightsee and many things to do. Together with artistic and cultural itineraries, there are theatres and concert halls to appreciate the most famous artists in music history, from Verdi to Donizetti. But also luthiers to try and play some violas and violins, built on the example of Stradivari, Amati, and Guarneri. You can stop by restaurants to taste delicious recipes, but also visit paddy fields, ‘acetaie’ or cheese farms to see how these products are made: the precious cereal grain, the tasty balsamic vinegar and the world-famous Parmigiano. Then museums to try hats on, or discover how a sheet of paper is made. All this on top of a bicycle, the favourite means of transport for adults and children alike.
